We’ve rebranded our popular CardValet application. Don’t worry, we’ve kept all of the features you love. Members can still proactively monitor their credit and debit cards by setting up controls and alerts based on transaction amounts, transaction locations, merchant type, or transaction type. What’s new is that members can now access Choice Alert within the Choice One mobile app. This single sign-in feature eliminates the need for members to sign into a separate application to manage Choice Alert card protection features. Our goal is always to increase convenience, we hope you find this rebranded app more user friendly and time-saving.

Choice Alert for Current Choice One Mobile App Users

The first time you log in to the Choice One mobile app, you will be presented with a notification for the “My cards” feature. Once you close that notification, you will see the “My cards’ feature titled under the Quick Links section. This is your link to the new Choice Alert app.

Choice Alert for Non Choice One Mobile App Users

If you don’t have the Choice One mobile app, you will get a notification your first time logging in to Virtual Branch Online Banking for the “My cards” feature. You will then be directed to the Google Play or App Store to download a stand-alone version of the Choice Alert app. However, if you’d like to take advantage of our single sign-in feature, download the Choice One mobile app by visiting the App Store store or Google Play.

Once you log in to the Choice One mobile app (using your Virtual Branch Online Banking credentials), you will be presented with a notification for the “My cards” feature. Once you close that notification, you will see the “My cards’ feature titled under the Quick Links section. This is your link to the new Choice Alert app.
