We’d like to specifically draw attention to the $2 Paper Statement Fee. This monthly $2 fee is for all members who receive a paper statement via mail. We are aware that there are cases in which this Paper Statement Fee has been automatically processed, and will be reversing these fees to give new members time to sign up for eStatements.
