Are there different fees that I should be aware of as a new Choice One member?

A copy of the Choice One Community Credit Union Fee Schedule can be found here.

We’d like to specifically draw attention to the $2 Paper Statement Fee. This monthly $2 fee is for all members who receive a paper statement via mail. We are aware that there are cases in which this Paper Statement Fee has been automatically processed, and will be reversing these fees to give new members time to sign up for eStatements. When will I receive my new Choice One debit card?

Distribution of new Choice One Community Credit Union debit and ATM cards is currently underway. However, debit card distribution will be completed in batches. Not all members will receive their new Choice One debit cards at the same time. You will be able to use your current Community Regional debit card until you receive your new card from Choice One.

How do I order new Choice One Community Credit Union checks?

To request your new checkbook, simply call the credit union at 800-698-0101 and a friendly member of our staff will assist you in finalizing your request. You will be able to use your current Community Regional checks until you receive your new checks from Choice One.

What is my new routing number?

Once you receive your new Choice One Community Credit Union account number, your new routing number will be 231386878.

Am I still able to access my Community Regional statement information online?

Yes! Community Regional online banking with HomeCU is still available for members to retrieve any statement information prior to 8/31.
