A Savings Account is Your “Share” of Ownership

To join our ranks and become a member at Choice One Community Credit Union you must first open a share savings account. With a minimum deposit of just $10 ($5 for the one-time Membership Fee, and $5 for your minimum balance), you get a “share” of the credit union. To keep your membership and take advantage of the many benefits that Choice One has to offer, simply maintain at least a minimum of $5 in the account. It’s not only the first step to membership, it’s also a big step towards smart financial planning.

As you grow your money, you’ll start to earn a competitive dividend (or interest). This starts once you reach a minimum balance of $100. A Choice One savings account is designed to fit many of your saving needs. It’s the simple, smart way to save for everything from a college education or a new car to a special purchase or life event, or even an unexpected emergency.
