At Choice One, the safety and well-being of our members and staff is always our top priority. We understand that the rapidly changing situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) can be unsettling. We are closely monitoring developments and looking to experts such as the CDC and WHO for guidance. As a result, we have taken actions to ensure we are keeping your well-being a priority.

What We Are Doing:

Effective at 5PM on Wednesday, March 18th all branch lobbies will be closed until further notice and we will be operating with drive-thru only access. Rest assured that Choice One is considered essential business and members will continue to have uninterrupted access to branch locations and services via the drive-thru. This decision was made in an effort to protect members and staff.

Keep in Mind:

You can use the Choice One mobile banking app or Virtual Branch online banking to pay bills, make Choice One credit card and loan payments, check balances, transfer funds between accounts and more. It is easier than ever to do your banking from the palm of your hand.

Rest assured:
We will continue to provide uninterrupted access to credit union branch locations and services via the drive-thru as we continue to monitor the situation and provide the latest updates. We also recommend continuing to follow the guidance of reputable advisories such as the CDC and WHO.
