At Choice One, we understand that members may have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 related business shut down, and we’re here to help. Members can now take advantage of a new Skip-A-Pay program as well as special loan rates to help navigate these unprecedented times. Below is a breakdown of the resources available to help our members.

Skip-A-Loan Payment

Members now have the ability to skip a loan payment in April, May, June, July or August to use those funds for help with other finances. Personal, vehicle and home equity loans are all eligible. Click here to learn more and to apply.

In addition to our extended Skip-A-Pay program, we’ve also lowered loan rates to help members gain access to more affordable financing options that fit their unique borrowing needs. These rates include:

Conduct Your Banking Online

Choice One has recently introduced Mobile Deposit. Members can now deposit checks directly into their accounts via smartphone. Click here to learn more. Although Choice One branch locations will remain open via drive-thru, members can use both Virtual Branch Online Banking and the Choice One Mobile App to check account balances, transfer funds, make payments, view transactions, pay bills, view statements, apply for loans and more.
